  • Repairing leaks or other moisture sources if present
  • Having areas with suspected mold-like growth further evaluated

The goal is not just to wipe away the moisture, but to understand why it is forming.

  • Whether insulation or air sealing concerns were visible
  • Whether further evaluation is recommended

Clear documentation helps homeowners understand that condensation is a moisture condition that should be monitored or addressed, especially when it is recurring or affecting building materials.
