If you're new to mold testing, the starter kit comes with everything you’ll need to get started.
If you're switching to Sporecyte, your switch kit contains all the supplies you'll need to use our service.

Gather samples
Use the guides and resources in our Pro Resources section to help prepare your first test.
On your next home inspection, collect the samples using the Sporecyte Professional Air Sampling Pump and cassettes or swabs in the areas recommended by the Sporecyte Air Sampling Field Guide or the Sporecyte Surface Sampling Field Guide.
Mail in the samples
Once you’re done sampling, simply place the air sampling cassettes into the FedEx Pak and affix the prepaid return label that we included with your supplies.
Drop it off at the nearest FedEx dropbox and you’re all set! You can expect your report the day after we receive your samples.
Deliver results
As soon as we receive the air sample cassettes, we’ll perform the AI analysis and create a comprehensive Mold & Air Quality Report that will be delivered to you by email.

Samples are grouped into a Sporecyte Mold & Indoor Air Quality Report.
Each report includes:
- AI analysis of samples
- Sample review by certified mycologist
- Easy-to-understand results and actual images of found mold and air particulates

- Next business day turnaround guaranteed
- We only charge for the report when we deliver it!
- Air samples must include at least one outdoor sample.
