Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Please note that all sales are final and no refunds or returns are offered for reports or physical product purchases. However, if you find the physical product to be defective, we will gladly replace your product free of charge.
RETURNS
All returns of defective product must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@sporecyte.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid mailing label. After receiving an RMA number and prepaid mail label, place the item securely in its original packaging, attach the prepaid mailing label and mail your return to the following address:
