Yes, we will continue to support the paper chain of custody’s (COC).

Each account should be registered to the specific inspector collecting and submitting the samples to Sporecyte. The app automatically submits samples on behalf of the named user on the account, so if someone were to share your account, the report would be generated with your name on it.

Our app is called a “web app,” a mobile-first designed web application. Our app is accessible via your web browser; you do not need to download anything additional on your device to access it. Our app is accessed at www.mobile.sporecyte.com

To access our app, you must have data connectivity via your mobile network or wifi. But what should you do if you are at a location without data connectivity? In that case, you can either fill out a paper COC to submit with your samples or wait until you regain access to a data connection to submit your job data through the app.

No, you can access the app on any device with a web browser and internet connection.

If you haven’t purchased supplies or created an account, but it says you have one, it’s because you’ve sent us supplies. Just click “forgot my password” to set your own password.
